You will function as a strategic partner to leadership, driving all HR operations and initiatives. The successful candidate will hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and possess 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing. Focus will be on talent acquisition, compliance with Ontario laws, and fostering a strong workplace culture.
