Take charge of building maintenance as an Expert Facility Maintenance professional at Napoleon, located in Barrie. Emphasizing hands-on repair work, this role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and supporting all building systems.
In this position, you will report directly to the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor and leverage 3–5 years of maintenance experience to ensure the facility operates smoothly. Your role involves collaboration on compliance with safety regulations and executing improvement projects for enhanced operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on mechanical and fire alarm systems
• Troubleshoot utility issues applying diverse skills
• Schedule and execute preventative maintenance checks
• Utilize tools following safety policies and procedures
• Assist with proper recycling and waste removal practices
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Significant experience in maintenance or construction preferred
