In this position, you will become the key point of contact for customers after the order is placed. Your responsibilities will include managing order acknowledgments, maintaining customer records, and facilitating communication with teams in production and shipping. Addressing challenges proactively and efficiently is essential, alongside producing performance reports based on customer feedback.

• Track orders and proactively manage updates

Requirements:

• College degree in administration or similar
