Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and manage transport-related issues with forwarders and internal teams.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documents, including special, drop, and return shipments.
- Obtain and verify transport costs to align with sales rates.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Communicate shipment status with customers and suppliers to maintain satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve operational problems, escalating when necessary.
- Handle transport-related complaints and follow up appropriately.
- Maintain high accuracy in documentation and administration.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to improve processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
