Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a comprehensive after-school activities program for the lower school on a semester basis. Evaluate and modify annually.Assisting with the planning, coordinating and management of all Graded hosted games and tournamentsManage the Graded Eagles Social Media account in collaboration with the Graded Communications team and the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT)Responsible for finding sponsors for school activities that will fit in with the ethos of the school.Responsible for introducing new activities for the program in consultation with the Director of Athletics & ActivitiesResponsible for creating a schedule for the ASA program and communicating this to all concerned in an efficient and timely mannerManages the process of student sign ups, ensuring that data is entered efficiently by all responsibleEnsures that timely communication goes to parents regarding their child’s after school activities programResponsible for providing ...
