Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a comprehensive after-school activities program for the lower school on a semester basis. Evaluate and modify annually.
- Assisting with the planning, coordinating and management of all Graded hosted games and tournaments
- Manage the Graded Eagles Social Media account in collaboration with the Graded Communications team and the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT)
- Responsible for finding sponsors for school activities that will fit in with the ethos of the school.
- Responsible for introducing new activities for the program in consultation with the Director of Athletics & Activities
- Responsible for creating a schedule for the ASA program and communicating this to all concerned in an efficient and timely manner
