Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
- Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;
Employer Branding:
- Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;
Stakeholders & Candidates Management:
- Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
