Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of new club openings, renovations, and capital initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, and CapEx execution.
- Manage multiple workstreams – timelines, budgets, purchase orders – ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Act as the go‑to coordinator between Operations, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects on track.
- Translate big‑picture goals into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable plans.
- Host project meetings, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues before they escalates.
- Manage procurement for furniture, fixtures, equipment, fitness gear, tech systems, and décor.
