Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring the office environment is functional, safe, and well-maintainedCoordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and suppliesMonitor and manage building systems, office equipment, and general maintenance schedulesSupport office moves, renovations, and space planning, including seating charts and furniture coordinationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesTrack facility budgets, invoices, and service contractsRespond to staff requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues in a timely mannerAct as the liaison between the office and property management teams Qualifications
