Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Manage and oversee all hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, janitorial, waste
management, and workplace services.
· Ensure facilities comply with local Brazilian regulations, corporate EH&S, and Security requirements
· Lead and coordinate construction, refurbishment, and fit‑out projects, ensuring minimal disruption to
business operations
· Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of contractors (3rd parties);
· Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;
· Coordinate equipment and structure repairs;
· Act as primary facilities point of contact with landlords, including service coordination and issue escalation
· Plan and optimize space utilization across leased and co‑working environments
