Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.
Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
