About the Role:
CBRE is growing in Vancouver, and we’re looking for a Facilities Manager who’s passionate about operational excellence, leadership, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
In this role, you’ll lead building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of small to medium-sized assets for our client, manage and develop a high‑performing team, and partner closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep facilities running at their best.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
