Job Summary
Facilites Sr Supervisor to join the General Administration team. Responsible for administrative needs of the Corporate Services area, managing internal processes, and planning future projects related to construction, facilities, and services for non‑manufacturing locations. Full‑time, hybrid, supervisory level. Travel required: 30% (four times per year, 3‑4 days each).
Responsibilities- Administrative management of internal processes such as purchase requisitions, approvals, payments and operating budgets for HQ and CCAP sites.
- Supervision and coordination of service providers, including Facilities Management, dining services, and cafeteria suppliers.
- Administration of the investment budget and execution of assigned projects at all NMEX No‑MFG sites.
