We have an excellent opportunity available for a Factory HR Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting to Head of People & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with plant leaders and operational teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent decisions
Lead talent review and succession planning processes for key positions and critical talents within the plant organization
Lead engagement initiatives for blue-collar employees by analyzing shop-floor needs, engagement survey results, and implementing action plans to improve employee experience, motivation, and retent...
