Position Summary
LONGITUDINAL FAMILY PRACTICE (LFP) PAYMENT MODELThe Fort St John Family Practice Associates are looking for a family physician to join our youthful, vibrant & supportive group consisting of 5 practices & 6 long-time staff members. You will work in a modern, fully furnished, well-established, privately-owned clinic. Each physician has their own office, 2 exam rooms and a shared procedure room. We have an in-house NP, LPN's, dietitian, social worker, mental health, respiratory therapist, pharmacist and home care support to provide team-based care together. Our clinic uses Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) Payment Model. EMR system MOIS. Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and provides a reasonable split between in person and virtual health consultations. Overhead is payable on a monthly equally split basis.
