- BC or BE in Family Medicine
- Joining an independently owned private practice
- FT or PT options available
- Working 3 or 5 days a week - 8 am to 5 pm (will be working some Saturdays but will have 2 days off during the week)
- Seeing children to adults
- Taking no call
- Must have an active NY license and DEA or be in the process of getting one
