We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for our Starke, FL Clinic who wants to practice thoughtful, value-based care medicine.
This is a clinic-based role within an integrated specialty and primary care organization, focused on chronic disease management, prevention, and long-term patient outcomes.
About the Role:
- Predictable hours and sustainable workload; Monday Friday, 8am 5pm, no nights and weekends
- Established patient panel with manageable volume and sustainable pace
- No hospital call; light outpatient phone call only
