Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Organize, plan, prepare and supervise routine farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading, sorting, packing etc.
- Open the farm in the morning and close at the end of the business day
- Hire, train, and supervise farm workers
- Assign work to workers, supervise the work and evaluate worker’s performance
- Create work schedules and establish procedures
