- Coordinate and supervise the work of oneself and farm labourers
- Monitor and follow processes and procedures relating to maximizing crop production yield and minimizing production expenses
- Supervise and operate equipment and machinery as directed, including monitoring settings, verifying equipment is working as intended (ex. hoses, nozzles, etc.)
- Tracking & reporting progress as directed, maintaining all government-mandated and Coutts Agro Ltd. required logbooks and in-field progress
- Follow directions closely (ex. mixing chemical product, unloading bins, etc.). If you are unsure of something, ask.
