Job Title: Field Crew Boss / Supervisor del Campo

Hours: Mon - Fri and occasional Sat
Reports To: Field Director

Position Purpose: Supervise crews to thin, prune and pick stone fruit (peaches, plums and nectarines). Recruits crew members and follows safety rules. Complies with labor laws for hiring, non-discrimination and no harassment.
