Job Description
- Managing and developing distributor relationships to achieve sales targets;
- Implementing and monitoring sales strategies to maximize market share;
- Responsible for annual agreements & joint business plans with Local Key Accounts and SPTs in responsible territory;
- Introducing the category in all sub-channels;
- Preparing annual and periodic forecasts for the distributor and sub-channels;
- Planning periodic and annual TPR and activity calendar;
- Contribution to P&L by product mix and TE management.
Having a university degree; Having Min. 2-3 years experience in distributor management and Traditional Trade within FMCG sector; Willingness to travel and mobility; Taking initiative and managing execution; Being Customer-Focused; Strong communication skills; Good English.
