Key Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment in operation covered under the comprehensive service contract.
- Keep databases, reports, and logs up to date.
- Measure equipment performance indicators.
- Generate reports and recommendations for the client regarding pump train conditions.
- Perform failure analysis of mechanical seals, generating the necessary information to request engineering changes and/or provide recommendations to the client.
- Deliver training sessions to the client’s maintenance and operations personnel.
- Manage the client account: oversee inventory, consumption, material loading, material tracking, MTBF management, repairs, contribution margin, changes in seal configurations, full asset census updates, and on-time delivery of mechanical seals.
- Follow up on orders through the supply chain.
- Provide technical advisory services to clients upon request.
