What you’ll do:
You’ll manage large-scale telematics installation projects for key customers, coordinating third-party installation partners and acting as the main point of contact during deployments. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational oversight.
You’ll:
- Lead complex, high-volume installation projects (mainly in Benelux)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Manage and optimize a network of external installation partners
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Control budgets, review costs (warranties, SLAs), and validate invoicing
- Support Sales in pre-sales and project execution
