Location: Consultant could live in Poland (preferred), London, Germany, and consultants living in other countries in Western Europe may also be considered. This is a Consultant position.
ECC is seeking a Finance Consultant / Contractor. In this position you will:Coordinate with investment banks, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and multilateral development banks to structure financing for projects.Review and analyze indicative loan term sheets to determine the all-in cost of the loan.Develop comparative analysis tables on the all-in cost of multiple indicative term sheets from various banks for a given project to provide recommendations.Conduct preliminary negotiations with banks to secure competitive indicative loan term sheets for the borrower.Travel across Europe and globally to meet with investment banks, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and multil...
