About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Finance & HR Coordinator to oversee the daily financial and human resources functions for our Mexican entity.
This dual‐impact role ensures full compliance with local labor and tax laws while maintaining seamless office operations.
The Coordinator works autonomously under the supervision of the Finance Lead in Spain and collaborates closely with the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting
Transaction Oversight: Record all financial transactions in the Odoo ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and supporting schedules.
AP & AR: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliation, expense monitoring, and petty cash handling.
Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow, oversee bank account activities, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, including payroll and vendor payments.
