Overview
At Pursuit, we offer opportunities for guests to connect with iconic destinations through a range of attractions, lodges, restaurants, retail, and transportation services. This Regular Full‑Time, benefit‑eligible position is based in Banff and allows for a hybrid work arrangement of three days in office and two days remote.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Partner with operators to drive financial performance and improve their financial acumen, enabling identification and execution of opportunities.
- Lead month‑end close, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial performance materials and presentations with an emphasis on root‑cause analysis, future expectations, risks and opportunities.
- Manage EBITDA targets, expense management against operating and capital budgets, and maintain laboratory, COGS and variable models to mitigate margin risks.
