About the Role
- Hands‑on Financial Analyst role supporting accounting, reporting, and audits
- Work closely with the Controller in a lean, collaborative team
- Strong focus on ERP systems, financial reporting, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting:
- Journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Month‑end & year‑end close
- Prepare financial statements (IFRS / GAAP )
- Support external audits and ensure compliance
- Work with ERP systems for reporting and data accuracy
- Perform budget vs actual analysis and variance explanations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
