What will you be doing?
- Actively participate in the annual budget process and work closely with key stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
- Perform month‑end variance analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and present findings.
- Work with senior leadership to obtain monthly business commentary and prepare presentations for the Board of Directors.
- Lead process improvement projects to automate financial reporting.
- Effectively use ERP systems (NetSuite and Day Care Works) to extract and analyze data.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
