We are hiring on behalf of our client, a successful family-owned commercial real estate organization with a diversified portfolio of operating businesses (Not just real estate). They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller/CPA Accountant to oversee financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial management across multiple entities. Salary:
$110K to $115,000 annually Experience:
Minimum 5 years post-CPA Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, audits, and compliance reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and oversee internal controls. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis. Manage month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. Oversee bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, payroll, tax filings, and government reporting. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide financial recommendations.
