Team presentation and main goal:
Performance Team Main Responsibilities
- Monitoring financial performance and also all critical KPI’s
- Budget and Business Reviews coordination and customers/business units follow-up
- Reporting
- Support and follow-up near business managers and direction
- Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring near customers
- Ad hoc analysis and presentations to specific topics or projects
- Answer Audit and Compliance requests
- Audit and ask Accounting, Procurement and HR Master data processes
Main Tasks And Goals
- Analyze P&L costs and ask for adjustments if it’s the case: by type of costs; by areas; compare actuals with budget and Business Review
- Complete vision about organizational structure in Natixis Portugal and within other geographies consolidated one
- Invoicing and follow-up near customers
