Team presentation and main goal:

Performance Team Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring financial performance and also all critical KPI’s
  • Budget and Business Reviews coordination and customers/business units follow-up
  • Reporting
  • Support and follow-up near business managers and direction
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring near customers
  • Ad hoc analysis and presentations to specific topics or projects
  • Answer Audit and Compliance requests
  • Audit and ask Accounting, Procurement and HR Master data processes

Main Tasks And Goals

  • Analyze P&L costs and ask for adjustments if it’s the case: by type of costs; by areas; compare actuals with budget and Business Review
  • Complete vision about organizational structure in Natixis Portugal and within other geographies consolidated one
  • Invoicing and follow-up near customers
