Senior Manager, F&A
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of F&A operations (S2P, C2C, R2R) for manufacturing clients across Americas
- Drive transformation initiatives leveraging digital tools, analytics, and process reengineering
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and associates across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Support business development and solutioning for new opportunities in the manufacturing vertical
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
- Experience in F&A operations, and experience in a leadership role
