Position: Financial Planning Specialist
Location: Red Deer, Alberta
Employment Status: Permanent, Full-time, In-Person; must cover multiple locations in the Red Deer region.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver the full financial planning experience by implementing the CFP’s six steps of financial planning—including discovery, gathering data, analysis, presentation, implementation, and annual reviews—to existing members.
- Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and uphold accreditation and licensing requirements.
- Monitor and ensure personal and corporate goals are being met/exceeded—growth of book of business, revenue, asset gathering, retention, sales/renewals, insurance, member segmentation, and referrals.
