Responsibilities
- Assist in serving, prospecting, soliciting, and developing and maintaining business relationships with members and clients.
- Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.
- Focus on individual insurance, group insurance and retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance and life and health insurance claims settlement.
- Promote and sell financial security products and services.
- Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions.
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
- Support current and potential members and clients.
- Represent the organization and negotiate agreements with clients.
