Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Calculate and accrue entries for salaries, interest, taxes, and other accounts.
2. Perform monthly closing checks.
3. Handle tax filings.
4. Audit the company's full set of accounts (including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, etc.).
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, along with management analysis reports, and report the company's operational status & financial results to senior leadership.
6. Be responsible for providing compliance suggestions and oversight regarding the company's finance and business operations, ensuring robust internal controls and risk management.
7. Serve as a communication bridge between subordinates and senior leadership; among different internal departments; between the company and its agents; and between the company and government departments.
