About The Opportunity

As a Travel Consultant, you will work full time, on site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade. This is a target‑driven sales role where success is measured through KPIs, revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

You will take ownership of the customer journey from first enquiry through to booking and follow‑up, selling complete travel solutions – not just flights.

What You Will Be Doing

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations
• Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale
• Sell end‑to‑end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers – from simple domestic trips to complex international holidays
