Food and Beverage Supervisor Silvertip Resort - Canmore, Alberta. Stone Creek Resorts is a Calgary-based company specializing in land development and the operation of premium golf destinations in Canmore, AB, and Invermere, BC. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our Silvertip team in Canmore.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure service staff understand the presentation and preparation of menu items and special offerings.
