We're looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead Conference & Events operations within our luxury five-star hotel. You'll be a visible leader on the floor, briefing teams, managing event delivery, and ensuring every guest experience meets Sofitel's exceptional standards. When events are quieter, you'll flex across our Restaurant, Bar, Pool Side, and Room Service outlets, making this a varied and rewarding role.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Conference & Events F&B service, ensuring all events meet confirmed requirements and hotel standards
- Act as F&B Duty Manager on shift, providing visible floor leadership and escalating matters where required
