Overview
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team with the aim of delivering memorable experiences for hotel and conference guests. The role provides strategic oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on achieving KPIs for financial performance and guest/staff satisfaction. The position involves flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel’s restaurant, bar, banquet, and breakfast operations.
- Oversee daily operations, menu planning, and quality control of products and services.
- Lead the F&B team, including personnel management, professional development, and recruitment; align team activity with daily and long-term objectives.
- Ensure all departments achieve quality and profitability targets and that key F&B policies and brand standards are followed.
