Food Service Manager/ Corporate Chef

This role plays a critical part in implementing both operational and strategic goals in our daily business. Its a great opportunity for a seasoned chef to move into an administrative role, for a fast-growing Indigenous owned organization.

Requirements:

• Management experience in the food services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in cost projection, coupled with analyzing & interpreting financial data.
• Ability to strategically plan & manage resources.
• Experience in large volume meal planning, ordering, & preparation.
• Effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels, as well as external partners & stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to remote fly-in/drive-in mine sites or camps.
