About the Role
Killer Ice Cream is a high-volume, premium shop in the heart of Kitsilano/ Point Grey, close to Jericho Beach. We have just completed a restructuring and are looking for a dedicated, career-minded professional to join our core leadership team. This isn’t just a scooping job—this is a role for someone who wants to run the floor, mentor staff, and eventually take over day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep Foodservice Roots: You have 3+ years of experience in high-volume environments (Barista or ice cream shop experience is a major asset).
- The Owner Mindset: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you solve it, and you protect the shop’s standards as if they were your own.
