Summary The Policy & Capabilities (PC) Directorate ensures the IC is best postured for the threats and challenges of an uncertain future, through strategy, policy, and capabilities development. PC is comprised of the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) and Policy Strategy and Accountability (PSA) Office. Responsibilities Integrate and develop planning efforts for area of responsibility in coordination and collaboration with other U.S Government agencies. Participate in partnerships with foreign, military, federal, state, local, tribal, and/or private sector entities; participate in collaborative activities with these partners in accordance with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's (ODNI) intelligence integration strategy.
