Education
Community college diploma. Certification as a journeyperson under the Ontario College of Trades in one of the following trades (welder, electrician, maintenance mechanic.) Work Experience and Skills Experience with project management to oversee, plan, manage and coordinate staff and contractors on numerous projects.
The ability to organize and allocate manpower and equipment.
The ability to follow detailed blueprints, sketches, and plans. Ability to work within budgets. Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to coach and mentor employees. Ability to work in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
