  Job overview 
 We have an exciting opportunity for A deputy service director to join the North Directorate team on a six-month secondment.
 The role will support the directorate with a portfolio of services which include Early Intervention in Psychosis services, Community Mental Health Service, Rehabilitation services, Hospital Liaison and the development of Mental Health Together. The post holder will have direct line management responsibility for Liaison, Crisis Home Treatment and Rapid Response Services. 
 
  Main duties of the job 
 To be responsible for the delivery of KMPT strategy supporting the SLT with the development of robust business plans, the setting of relevant operational targets, and for the delivery of its activities within agreed budgets and to agreed standards.
