Teamtailor is the hiring platform that powers company growth. Our end-to-end hiring platform powers 250,000 monthly active users across 12,000 customers in 90 countries worldwide. Our users hire more than 1 million people per year via our platform, representing ~1% of all hires in Europe and North America. Our mission is to continue building the global category leader for hiring people.
Teamtailor is growing rapidly, currently at 600 people across 25 offices in 6 continents and scaling with hundreds of new customers per month. At the same time, we are undergoing a fundamental transformation in how we build the product and build the company - operating, organising and executing in new ways with use of AI.
