Kidco is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Foundations Excavation team as a Invoicing / Project Administrator . This position serves as the crucial link between the office and our field operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is extremely organized.
Your core responsibilities:
- Accurately review, validate timesheets and work activities from the worksites, and process invoicing
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure work activities are accurately coded and approved before submission
- Invoice clients and update builder portals to ensure invoices match purchase orders
