Job Description
Compensation $130K base salary (50% base, 50% variable). On target annual earnings of $260K + (uncapped). Plus equity in the company!
Location We’re open to candidates based in EST or CST time zones who can fly directly to Washington, DC.
Our strong preference is for someone who can work in person in our Bethesda, MD office with our team three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
This could be because you're local or willing to relocate.
If relocation or regular in-office presence isn’t possible, the role will require significant travel to Bethesda during onboarding.
From there, ongoing travel at least twice per month (typically Monday–Tuesday every other week) to Bethesda is necessary to ensure strong collaboration and team connection.
