Job Description
This individual will play a critical role in managing and nurturing clients' social media communities, building authentic connections with audiences while maintaining the brand’s voice and identity across various digital platforms. In addition to overseeing community management, the Community Manager will support more senior team members with key social media strategy tasks, including social listening, consumer insight mining, trend reporting, and monthly performance reporting.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across multiple social media platforms, ensuring timely and authentic responses to user comments, messages, and interactions.
