Job Description
We are looking for French speakers to join our Lisbon-based client's international team as Customer Support Agents supporting a leading global e-commerce platform in the travel and lifestyle sector. You will be assisting customers with their orders, deliveries, and general inquiries, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position onsite in Lisbon.
Initial paid training is provided-no previous experience is required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
