Your Mission
As a Retention Specialist, your focus goes beyond support — you will actively drive customer loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
You will:
- Engage with French -speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a sales and retention mindset
- Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure customer loyalty
