Position: Front Office Analyst | Pleno
Main responsibilities and assignments:
- Guarantee time attendace within the KPI proposed
- Documents Generation and sending of PIN to Exporters within the deadline published
- Prompt release of CE Mercante when original bl and payment is received within the deadline published
- Printing and Release of BL (s) Export
- Guarantee that the system is showing the accurate information related to BL issue and release
- Daily operate the Express Release tool and monitor its results twice a day
- Be available at wave platform to guarantee fast BL release
- Maintain BL forms in security and guarantee stock levels in all agencies
- Notify customer request errors
- Archive documents timely and accurately
